Shipping
Every piece is made to order — nothing sits on a shelf. Once you place an order, it goes straight to our print partner for production, then to India Post / courier for delivery.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery is available in select pincodes with a small COD handling fee — pay online at checkout to skip it and get your order out the door faster.
All orders include tracking information sent to your email and SMS once shipped.
Returns
Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. We do make it right if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size/design.
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery, with photos
- We'll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once approved
- COD orders are refunded to bank transfer or store credit, since no card was charged
Exchanges
Picked the wrong size? Since each drop is limited and made to order, we can't guarantee stock for a swap — check our size chart on every product page before you order. If your size is still available, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.
